Wade Randolph ‘THE More Guy’

Wade Randolph is CEO of Randolph Unlimited, a professional speaking and business training firm located in Midlothian, Virginia. Through his firm, Wade provides keynote presentations, trainings, and coaching on the topics of leadership, teamwork and motivation.

As a successful author, Mr. Randolph books include Leadership-911: How To Lead During Times of Change, Challenge and Chaos, and Staying Strong Through the Storms. Additionally, he is the co-author of Amazon Number #1 bestselling book titled World Class Speaking In Action.

Wade is one of the few speakers to give a presentation in Westminster Hall in London England. Furthermore, at some of his event he has spoken before audiences of approximately twenty-three hundred people in attendance. Over the past 12 years, he has traveled nationally and internationally teaching business audiences’ innovative strategies on improving their performance and productivity.

Billy Graham Jr. ‘CEO of Committed Development’

Billy Graham Jr. is CEO of Committed Development, professional speaker, and retired Air Force veteran. After serving 20 years in the military, he is now focused on developing leaders and teams. He teaches you how to unlock the gift within you in order to find your purpose so that you can live the life you were destined for.

Billy coaches with transparency and conviction by allowing others to not only see into his life but to reflect on their own life as well. He challenges others to demand more from themselves and to hold themselves to a higher standard. His training on leadership and teamwork connected with others on an international level which allowed him to be the recipient of the 2021 iChange NationsTM Global Inspiration Award.

Joan Bowling

Joan is a professional speaker, communications trainer and presentation coach who combines her love of the written and spoken word in working with business professionals and teams to perfect their pitch. From three-minute TEDx talks to keynote delivery, she combines her years in broadcast sales, live television hosting and national training work to elevate client conversations, enhance communications and make messages memorable.

Newly published contributing author of “Gutsy Tales Off the Rails: Living Life Out Loud”, Joan believes in the power of story. She is proud to have served as Past President of the National Speakers Association/Virginia; earned a semi-finalist spot in the 2018 Toastmasters International Speech Competition and as a certified trainer, worked with audiences from Maine to Minnesota to Miami and every state in between. When not at work, she is an avid runner. She runs her own business; she runs after her two dogs and she runs on iced tea.

Shani Smith ‘CIO (Chief Image Officer)’

Shani Smith, is an entrepreneur and owner of Ken-Do Spice, helping you to jazz up any dish with flavorful, tasty, healing herb blends! Recently, she joined the Barbara H. Smith, LLC. executive team as the CIO (Chief Image Officer), in charge of making the image of the executive team look great by working side-by-side with the executive team!

She has more than 20 years of marketing experience, and is focused on developing herself and others for the global speaker market. In addition to executive level project management, she assists with the coordination of all professional activities, including meetings, conferences, and workshops. Using her bachelor’s degree in human resources, she champions diversity, inclusion, equity, advocacy, and professional development.
